I. How to prepare a Home
Open the shades, Turn on all the lights, remove clutter, close toilet lids, remove all distractions (people & animals included), hire staggers or cleaners if you don't want to do it yourself because if the home owner didn't do it already they never will.
II. When to schedule a shoot?
Booking in advance can be difficult when juggling all the paperwork and clients you have, but the further out you schedule the better chance you have of my availability being free for the exact date & time you want.
III. What if I need to declutter & stage the photos?
I recommend the service https://www.boxbrownie.com/ to all my clients for fast and high quality de-cluttering. Cut out any middle men and set-up an account today. (the other company you shoot with is probably using them)
IV. How long does it take to recieve the photos after the shoot and how will those be delivered?
Photos are delivered within 24hrs of your shoot. HDR enhancements are made to the images to help them shine. Images are delivered VIA Pixiset for download.
